Cialis professional is an extra strength medication that starts to act faster than normal Cialis. It helps the body achieve a stronger erection while performing sexual activity.

Usage

Take one tablet of Cialis about an hour before sexual activity with or without a meal. The ideal time duration may also differ depending on how the drug works for you.

Missed Dose

This is not a regular medication. Use only as and when required. Do not take more than one dosage a day.

Storage

Store it at room temperature.

Overdose

Some of the typical symptoms of a Cialis overdose include severe dizziness, fainting, chest pain and irregular heartbeat. Seek medical attention immediately if you suspect an overdose.

More Information

You should not use Cialis if you are taking any nitrate-based drug. Use with caution if your have severe heart diseases, severe kidney or liver problems and conditions such as sickle cell anemia. The drug may cause light-headedness, dizziness, and faintness in some people. Do not consume alcohol along with the drug. Do not drive or handle heavy machinery until you know how to react to the drug.

Warnings/Precautions

Do not use Cialis Professional if:

you are allergic to any ingredient in Cialis Professional;
you have severe liver problems or certain hereditary degenerative eye problems (e.g., retinitis pigmentosa);
you have certain heart problems (e.g., unstable angina, angina during sexual intercourse, severe heart failure, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat), low blood pressure, or uncontrolled high blood pressure;
you have had a heart attack within the past 90 days or a stroke within the past 6 months;
you are taking nitrates (e.g., isosorbide, nitroglycerin) in any form (e.g., tablet, capsule, patch, ointment) or nitroprusside;
you have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity because of heart problems;
you use certain recreational drugs called poppers (e.g., amyl nitrate, butyl nitrate).
Contact your doctor or health care provider right away, if any of these apply to you.

Important :
Cialis Professional may cause dizziness, drowsiness, fainting, or blurred vision. These effects may be worse if you take it with alcohol or certain medicines. Use Cialis Professional with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to it.
Cialis Professional may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting; alcohol, hot weather, exercise, or fever may increase these effects. To prevent them, sit up or stand slowly, especially in the morning. Sit or lie down at the first sign of any of these effects.
Do not drink large amounts of alcohol (e.g., 5 drinks or more) while you take Cialis Professional. Doing so may increase your risk of dizziness, headache, fast heartbeat, and low blood pressure.
Do not use other medicines or treatments for erectile dysfunction while you are taking Cialis Professional.
Cialis Professional does not stop the spread of HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) to others through sexual contact. Use barrier methods of birth control (e.g., condoms) if you have HIV infection or an STD.
Cialis Professional will not prevent pregnancy. If your partner may become pregnant and you wish to avoid pregnancy, be sure to use an effective form of birth control.
Use Cialis Professional with caution in the elderly; they may be more sensitive to its effects.
Cialis Professional is not recommended for use of children; safety and effectiveness for children have not been confirmed.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Cialis Professional is not approved for use of women. If you become pregnant, contact your doctor. You will need to discuss the benefits and risks of using Cialis Professional while you are pregnant. It is not known if Cialis Professional can be found in breast milk. If you are or will be breast-feeding while using Cialis Professional, check with your doctor. Discuss any possible risks to your baby.

Possible Side Effects

If you experience any of the following serious side effects, stop taking Cialis Professional and seek emergency medical attention or notify your doctor immediately:

an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue, or face; or hives);
chest pain or an irregular heartbeat;
swelling of the ankles or legs;
shortness of breath;
prolonged or severe dizziness;
a prolonged (lasting longer than 4 hours) or painful erection; or
dizziness, nausea, or angina (pain, tightness, discomfort, numbness, or tingling in the chest, arms, neck, or jaw).
Other, less serious side effects may be more likely to occur. Continue to take Cialis Professional and talk to your doctor if you experience
flushing;
mild dizziness;
headache;
nasal congestion;
diarrhea;
temporary blue tint in vision or other vision abnormalities; or
itching or a rash.
Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.
More Information

The efficacy and safety of Cialis Professional for the treatment of erectile dysfunction was assessed in a 6-month study. Men with mild, moderate or severe erectile dysfunction were given Cialis Professional (20 mg) as needed or placebo.

Cialis Professional significantly improved erectile function compared with placebo. At the end of the study, sexual intercourse attempts success rate for those using Cialis Professional was 73.5%. This only refers to the ability to achieve erection and have intercourse, not speaking about other advantages of Cialis Professional.
